With this in mind, Cross Keys Village is planning a unique environment as we prepare to complete the Bridgewater area of our campus. This is the first new construction project at Cross Keys Village since we wrapped up the Hearthside homes in 2020.
Bridgewater Landing homes will be situated beside a scenic 3-acre water feature, making comfortable and unpretentious “lakeside living” a reality year-round. Kayaking, fishing, bird-watching, picnics, and stargazing with friends as the sun sets at the end of a beautiful day will be part of the Bridgewater Landing lifestyle.
Bridgewater Landing will feature single-family Country Homes, duplex Garden Homes, and a clubhouse next to the water feature for informal neighborly gatherings. Distinctive new floor plans have been designed for this expansion, all following an open concept allowing Bridgewater Landing occupants to enjoy nature from their sun-filled and comfortable homes.
Special attention will be given to landscaping and its integration with nature. A limited number of new homes will have unobstructed waterfront views. The first Bridgewater Landing homes will be ready for you in 2025.
