Facilitated by Laura Miller, CKV's Clinical Nutrition Manager. We celebrate Earth Month as well as Stop Food Waste Day with tips to plan your meals and grocery shopping list to reduce food waste. Learn how to “cook once and eat twice” to reuse leftovers, and see how to safely reheat those leftovers to retain flavor. Attendees will enjoy a sample made from what could have been discarded but was instead turned into something delicious.

Facilitated by Nikki Bull, Life Enrichment Specialist in honor of National Dance Week. Join us for this performance by students of Gettysburg’s Vibe Performing Arts Studio to experience the power of dance and feel the energy of the performers as they showcase their talent and creativity.

Villagers and CKV team members are disposing of unneeded treasures at bargain prices. Vendor fees benefit the Friends of CKV.

Hundreds of Monarch butterflies take flight before an appreciative audience, sponsored in memory or honor of a loved one. Free and open to the public. Call the Brethren Home Foundation 717-624-5208 to sponsor a butterfly. 

Everyone is invited to watch and cheer Cross Keys Village team, villagers and friends as they race around our pond in short-lived vessels made of cardboard, tape, and dreams. From its humble beginnings in the Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center swimming pool, this event has grown into a beloved local tradition, attracting hundreds of spectators packed tightly around our pond.

Campus artists in all media let their creativity run free with variations on a daring theme: "Salvage." No registration is required.
