Information Services Support

Request Technical Support

Requests for technical support can be made via our WorxHub portal, the work order tracking system that allows you to submit work orders for Maintenance, Grounds and Information Services. If you do not already have a WorxHub username and password, please contact Maintenance at  extension 5291 to receive your login information. 

Please note that requests will be processed during normal business hours, and that support fees may apply to certain types of support.

Remote Support Capabilities

CKV Information Services is able to provide remote support in certain situations through a product called SplashTop. SplashTop allows Information Services to interact with your computer over the Internet as if we were physically in front of your computer. This is a secure process that you (and you alone) can initiate by providing a unique single-use code to Information Services granting them access to your computer.  Information Services cannot access your computer without you providing the code.

The button below is not to request technical support (see Request Technical Support above). It is only to be used when you are actively working on a ticket with one of our technicians. Please do not click until instructed to do so by Information Services. Please note that support fees may apply to certain types of remote support.
