PARCR, the Pennsylvania Alliance of Retirement Community Residents , is a voluntary statewide organization of residents of retirement communities.The Resident Council at Cross Keys Village is a member of PARCR. Memberships are open to individual residents. Membership costs are nominal.
Mission Statement: Promote the exchange of ideas, education, and civic responsibilities of CCRC residents and encourage them to aid in decision making within their communities
Vision Statement: Recognized as an enhanced educational and informational environment for PA CCRC residents.
