Mission Point Health Care Team Earns a 5 Star Rating!
We have some exciting news to share with our Cross Keys Village community. Mission Point Health Care Center has earned an overall 5 star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
This is not something that happens by chance. It takes hard work, consistency, and a team that truly cares about the people they serve. Each day, the Mission Point Health Care Team shows up ready to give their best, ensuring residents feel valued, supported, and genuinely cared for.
CMS uses the 5 Star Quality Rating System to help families compare nursing homes, focusing on health inspections, staffing, and quality of care. Out of nearly 670 nursing homes in Pennsylvania, only about 10 percent receive a 5 star rating, making this recognition a big deal for Mission Point.
