Bridgewater Landing Villagers Get a First Look at Their New Homes

Excitement filled the air as the first group of future Bridgewater Landing Villagers gathered on campus for a special meet and mingle event. With the progress of finished homes now visible, it was the perfect opportunity for new neighbors to connect, share stories, and see their community coming to life.

The day began with an information session where attendees received updates on construction progress and learned more about how the new neighborhood is taking shape. They had the chance to hear from team members about next steps in the building process and to ask questions about features, finishes, and timelines.

Afterward, guests enjoyed a guided walk through a completed home. Standing inside, many began to imagine how they would decorate their own space and make it uniquely theirs. The walk-through sparked conversation, laughter, and plenty of excitement as future Villagers compared layouts and shared plans for their upcoming moves.

It was a day filled with anticipation, connection, and joy as photos and floor plans became reality. Progress continues across the site, with the clubhouse taking shape and landscaping beginning to bring warmth and character to the neighborhood. Bridgewater Landing represents not only a beautiful new chapter for Cross Keys Village, but also a vibrant new community of neighbors ready to live life together.
