(Memory Loss – Alzheimer’s – Dementia)
We are committed to the highest quality of care in a secure, home-like and structured environment for individuals with memory impairments, dementia, or Alzheimer’s. An unobtrusive security system enables residents to walk freely within the Special Care community, and the unique enclosed outdoor Sensory Garden. Our specially trained staff members spend time getting to know each resident and that person’s particular needs. This personal approach helps us support familiar tasks and routines and structure enjoyable activities for each resident, to promote self-esteem, encourage positive interaction, and enhance strengths. On-site support groups, social services, and a full-time chaplain also are available to assist residents and their families.
