is steamed crabs
Yes, picking them is a lot of work, but absolutely nothing says summer like steamed crabs, and the Campus Inn will present its annual Steamed Crabs Dinner on Friday, August 27, from 2:00-6:00 p.m. in the Harmony Ridge Ensemble Room.
Working with Big Mike’s Crab House, the Campus Inn will offer the bounty of the bay, not just as steamed whole crabs, but also as crab salad, crab soup and Maryland-style crab cakes.

Friday’s are fish time at the Campus Inn
Here’s a new Campus Inn feature, just for lovers of haddock.
Every Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. closing, the Campus Inn will offer a dinner of crusted baked haddock, macaroni & cheese and stewed tomatoes for just $11.75 per person.

Reservations are not necessary for this special, which will not be offered when there is a theme event on a Friday (such as the August 27 steamed crab dinner).
Soup & Salad on Wednesdays
Remember also that the Campus Inn’s other weekly special is every Wednesday, when the Soup & Salad Bar is offered at the special price of $6.49 per person.
Two soups are available on the salad bar and two others may be ordered from the kitchen each week to accompany the full salad bar, which includes prepared salads and desserts, too.

September is another month of big specials at the Campus Inn, beginning with the annual Labor Day Picnic on Monday, September 6, from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Click here for the full menu for this popular event.

The Campus Inn’s regular menu is hard to resist, but you might be torn between your favorites there and some of the daily specials offered.
Each day brings special hot entrees, as well as a salad, a sandwich, a couple of soups and veggies. Sunday offers a weekly buffet. The specials menu is just one more reason to make the Campus Inn your #1 stop for tasty and reasonably priced dining.
Just look at these temptations from one recent cycle of weekly menus:
Soups – Seafood Chowder, Southwest Chicken & Bean, Vegetarian Vegetable, Beef Noodle, Maryland Crab, Chicken Barley with Split Pea, Red Pepper & Gouda, Manhattan Clam Chowder, Pasta Fagioli and gluten-free selections like Tuscan Onion, Tomato Florentine, Crab & Corn or Sweet & Sour Cabbage.
Sandwiches – Smoked Chicken Club on Whole Wheat Kaiser, Steak & Portabella Pita, Hot Pastrami with Fontina on Marble, Grilled Vegetable Wrap, Greek Chicken Gyro on Wheat Pita, Mexican Style Pizza, Crab Melt and Boardwalk Beef on a Bun.
Hot Entrees – Roast Pork with Apples & Onions, Slippery Beef Pot Pie, Creole Jambalaya, Roast Leg of Lame with Mint Jelly, Fried Oysters, Beef Stroganoff, Baked Orange Roughy, Flat Iron Steak, Salmon Cakes, Stuffed Flounder, Chicken Parmesan over Angel Hair Pasta, Baby Back Pork Ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce, Stuffed Shells and Pan Roasted Scallops.

It’s a new Breakfast Buffet
The Campus Inn’s monthly Breakfast Buffet is not on Saturday, the second Saturday of each month, to be exact. Join your friends for a full buffet in a relaxing atmosphere from 8:30-10:30 a.m. beginning Saturday, July 10.
The Sunday Buffet continues each week from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
