Palliative Care

Our Health Care Center provides supportive palliative care specifically tailored to the needs of the individual facing terminal illness. Our multidisciplinary care team includes a physician, nurse, social worker, and chaplain to provide for physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.

We believe that each person, regardless of health status, deserves the highest level of dignity, independence, and quality of life throughout their life span. For this reason, all residents receiving palliative care are intimately involved in the choices and decisions that affect their care.

And because we recognize that family members often need support too, we provide access to support groups and consultations with our Pastoral Care team.
