Harmony Ridge West has a roof!
First there was excavation and grading, then one floor, then a second, and then a third. Now the roof is bringing the Harmony Ridge West Apartments that much closer to completion.
As soon as the apartments area is under roof, the drywall crews can begin their work inside, and the rooms of each apartment will really take shape.
On the outside, brick work has begun, and the building soon will look much more like the eventual finished product.
Meanwhile, work also is progressing on the Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center. The pool area does not yet have walls, because that has to be coordinated with the work on the pool itself, but that part of the building will rise quickly, once the time is right.
This summer’s weather continues to help with the schedule, but that means that prospective apartment residents (“villagers”) will have to commit to their specific models quickly if they want all the possible customizations now being offered. The Welcome Center and Model Apartment are open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. weekdays and from 10:00 to 2:00 on Saturdays.
