Business and Health Expo to be held
Tuesday, April 21
More than two dozen organizations providing services from banking to healthcare to theater to upholstery will take part in the 2009 Business and Health Expo on Tuesday, April 21, at Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community.
The free, public event will take place in Nicarry Meetinghouse from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Exhibitors will include area businesses and several government agencies. Available goods and services also will include golf carts, hearing aids, curtains, funerals, consumer goods, and consumer protection.
Besides the exhibitors, the expo will offer free seminars on rehabilitation and therapy topics, and free educational presentations or screenings will be presented on home safety, posture, college savings, balance and more.
Cross Keys Village’s own Campus Dining will offer educational presentations and food samples.
The expo is sponsored by the Brethren Home Foundation to support its goals, including the Good Samaritan Fund for charitable care.
Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community is located at the intersection of U.S. 30 and PA 94 (Cross Keys), less than two miles east of New Oxford’s town circle. The Village Drive entrances are the best ways to access Nicarry Meetinghouse – off U.S. 30 at the northwest edge of campus, west of the intersection and across the highway from the used car lot, or off PA94 between Cross Keys Internal Medicine and PNC Bank.
