Bellino joins Cross Keys team as Human Resources Director
CROSS KEYS/NEW OXFORD, PA – Josoph V. “Joe” Bellino, former director of safety, security and emergency management at Hanover Hospital, has joined Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community as Director of Human Resources.
Bellino, who is working toward a master’s in human resource development at McDaniel College in Maryland, was closely involved with various customer and staff satisfaction programs at the hospital, and his responsibilities also touched on other human resources areas, including workers compensation.
A New Jersey native, he also has worked for healthcare organizations in that state and in Texas.

Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community, which is celebrating its centennial in 2008, provides independent retirement living, assisted living, long- and short-term nursing care and adult day services to some 900 people. It is located at the intersection of U.S. 30 and PA 94 (Cross Keys) and is one of the area’s largest employers with more than 600 full- and part-time team members.
