The Good Samaritan Fund
Helping our neighbors in need.
Sometimes, through no fault of their own, people may outlive their ability to pay for the care that they need. While Medicare and Medicaid provide some of the basic coverage a resident needs, the funding falls short of the actual costs involved, and some residents are unable to make up the difference.
For this reason a group of our residents established the Good Samaritan Fund in 1980 to serve as a safety net for residents who have exhausted their personal resources.
