The Fee-for-Service Advantage

Pay only for the services you need, when you need them.

At Cross Keys Village-The Brethren Home Community, you’ll enjoy spacious, well-appointed residences in a community offering a rich array of services and conveniences. You’ll also receive priority access to our on-site Personal Care and Health Care Center services, should you need them.

We provide these benefits through a one-time entrance fee and monthly service fee. These fees vary depending on the type of residence you choose, the number of occupants, the type of agreement you choose, and the refund plan you select.

This means you only pay for the services you need, when you need them. Because we don’t front-load your fees with advance payments for care you may never need, you can save money over some other retirement community fee schedules.
