If you prefer living in a free-standing cottage, without the work of home maintenance and upkeep, our cottages may be just what you’ve been looking for.

We offer more than 20 different models and more than 300 cottages in all—everything from spacious dwellings with two bedrooms and two baths, to more intimate one-bedroom, one-bath models. Some models include a den, others have a garage, and some have both.

With their mature landscaping and plentiful green space, our cottage neighborhoods have a welcoming, small-town look and feel. Best of all, they’re conveniently located to the Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center and the Harmony Ridge Community Center, our restaurants, and the many other amenities that make our community so comfortable. Regularly scheduled transportation is provided if you’d rather not walk or drive.

• Cable tv, water, sewer, garbage collection included in monthly fee, along with campus and scheduled off-campus transportation, use of Wellness Center and other community amenities.
