Two breakfast buffets and an incredible Valentine’s Day dinner highlight the special activities in February at The Campus Inn.

The breakfast buffets will be on Tuesdays, Feb. 12 and 26, both from 8:00-10:00 a.m. Both will feature Nell’s Sausage breakfast links and smoked applewood bacon, and both have a fruit bowl and your favorite breakfast beverages, but there’s variety after that.

For Tuesday, Feb. 12, the menu also has creamed bacon gravy with buttermilk biscuits, Belgian waffles with spiced peaches, breakfast potatoes and assorted muffins and Danish with cinnamon honey butter.

For Tuesday, Feb. 26, the offerings shift to creamed beef gravy on toast points, stuffed French toast, silver dollar pancakes with maple syrup, cottage potatoes, and assorted pastries with cinnamon honey butter.

The breakfast buffet costs $6.75 per person for “all you care to eat.”

The Valentine’s Day Buffet on Thursday, Feb. 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., will feature extraordinary entrees with lobster, beef filet and orange roughy, plus soups, side dishes and desserts worthy of the sweetest valentine.

The inclusive cost for the Valentine’s Day Buffet is $18.95 per person for all you care to enjoy. The regular Campus Inn menu also will be available.
