We strive to glorify and honor our Lord, Jesus Christ through services to individuals of all faiths. Our close relationship with the Southern Pennsylvania District Church of the Brethren promotes a wider ministry for the District, The Cross Keys Village - Brethren Home Community, and the community at large. The uniqueness of our community emanates from the spiritual atmosphere and a caring team of staff members who respect human life and are committed to providing quality service. Health is a dynamic continuum which must be nurtured, supported and enhanced throughout the lifespan. All facilities, services and programs must be designed to maintain the resident's highest level of independence, choices, self-esteem, and a sense of family and community. The need for education never ceases; as a community we have a responsibility to provide education for residents, families, and staff, as well as individuals in the broader community. Available resources must be wisely used to maintain the financial stability of the organization. Honesty, integrity and ethical decision making are critical components of our value system.
