Rehabilitation / Subacute Care
Designed for adults of all ages, Subacute Care is for those who need sophisticated, short term medical treatment or rehabilitation after a hospital stay. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy are available. Subacute Care provides post acute transitional care needed to bridge between the hospital and home.
Subacute Care and Rehabilitation services are performed by our highly skilled, professional Staff providing quality care in the same tradition that has been synonymous with Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community since 1908.
