We think the food at Cross Keys Village –
The Brethren Home Community is as good
as it gets, and now we’re pleased to be able
to present this program featuring our Campus
Dining Director, Chef Bill Allman, with some
great dishes you can prepare at home.
In some episodes, Chef Bill is joined
by Chefs Brian Bond and Mark
Shaffer (as well as occasional
guests), and they offer not only
great recipes but also nutrition
and other useful information.

“What’s Cookin’ with Chef Bill”
is produced in our own
Channel 25 studio. Villager
Rich Harley created the
program and produces it, along
with Communication Coordinator
Cindy Hockensmith and volunteers.
The recipes from each show are also
available.
